1. Agreement

By using fastmy.biz and the services FastMy.Biz provides, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we do

FastMy.Biz builds simple AI helpers and automations for small businesses — lead catchers, follow-up helpers, appointment savers, review helpers, and admin automations — and provides ongoing care for them.

3. Free fit check

Our free AI fit check and game plan are informational and do not create an obligation on either side. We may decline to provide services in our discretion.

4. Services and pricing

• Packages are quoted on a per-business basis. Published prices are "from" prices and may vary with scope.
• Setup fees and monthly care fees are described before you commit.
• Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor.

5. AI is advisory

AI helpers are tools to help you run your business; they are not a substitute for your judgment, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome (such as leads, bookings, or revenue). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing what your assistant says before it reaches your customers.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current information and the materials needed to build your assistant.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully, and do not use it to send spam or misleading messages.

7. Text messaging (SMS)

Some assistants can send text messages to your customers on your behalf. Because your business is the sender of record, both of us have obligations.

What we do:

• Register your business with the mobile carriers (a requirement for all business texting in the US) and handle the technical setup.
• Honor STOP and HELP keywords automatically on every message we send for you.
• Pass through the carrier and messaging costs at cost, and explain them before launch.

What you agree to:

• Only provide contact details for people who have agreed to be texted by your business. You are responsible for obtaining and keeping evidence of that consent.
• Not use the service for unsolicited marketing, or for content prohibited by the carriers (including illegal substances, high-risk financial offers, and similar restricted categories).
• Provide accurate business details for carrier registration. Inaccurate information is the most common cause of rejection and delay.
• Accept that carrier approval is outside our control. Registration typically takes about two weeks and can occasionally be refused; we will tell you promptly and work with you on alternatives.

We may pause messaging for any account that generates significant complaints or appears to breach these rules, to protect your business's messaging reputation and ours.

We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Some FastMy.Biz assistants send text messages on behalf of the business you contacted. We only text you if you have given that business your mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text.

• What you may receive: replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about a quote or job, and occasional review requests — always from the business you contacted, never from unrelated senders.
• How often: message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with that business. We do not send bulk marketing blasts.
• How to stop: reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email info@fastmy.biz.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for messages.

8. Intellectual property

• You own your business data and the materials you provide.
• FastMy.Biz owns the tools, templates, and code that run the service, subject to anything we agree in writing.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it except as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastMy.Biz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may end the service with reasonable notice as described in your package. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.
